Scope of the Agreement

1. Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may vary depending on your relationship with BMS Travel and may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic means via BMS Travel departments, website, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar tools. Your data may be processed and updated throughout the duration of your relationship with BMS Travel.

Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• To carry out the necessary operations by relevant departments to allow you to benefit from BMS Travel’s services
• To ensure the legal and commercial security of BMS Travel and its business partners (e.g., administrative operations related to communication, ensuring physical security within company premises, legal compliance, financial transactions, etc.)
• To determine and implement BMS Travel’s commercial strategies
• To carry out human resources policies

in accordance with the conditions for personal data processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”).

2. Recipients and Purposes of Personal Data Transfer

Your collected personal data may be transferred, within the framework of the purposes listed above, for the following:

• To carry out necessary operations to enable you to benefit from BMS Travel’s services
• To ensure the legal and commercial security of BMS Travel and its business partners
• To determine and implement commercial and business strategies
• To carry out human resources processes

to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and private individuals, within the scope of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

3. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through all kinds of verbal, written, or electronic means, fully or partially automated or non-automated methods, in line with the purposes mentioned above. It is processed to fulfill contracts and legal obligations accurately and completely.

Your collected personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in sections (1) and (2) of this document, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

4. Rights of Personal Data Owners Under Article 11 of KVKK

As personal data owners, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information if your personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad
• To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if it was processed in accordance with the law and relevant regulations
• To request notification of corrections, deletions, or destruction to third parties to whom the personal data was transferred
• To object to any result against you that arises from the exclusive analysis of processed data through automated systems
• To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data

5. Application Method

According to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVKK, you may submit your requests regarding the exercise of your above-mentioned rights in writing or via other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
