CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
By placing an order electronically through the relevant website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as all other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
Shipping costs, i.e., product delivery charges, are to be paid by the buyers.
Each product purchased will be delivered to the person and/or organization specified by the buyer, provided it does not exceed the legal delivery period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
The product purchased must be delivered completely and in accordance with the characteristics specified in the order, together with any accompanying documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
If the supply of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 (three) days from the date they become aware of this situation. In this case, the total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 (fourteen) days.
NON-PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT:
If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
PURCHASES MADE USING UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE:
If, after delivery, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was fraudulently or unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the product cost is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 3 (three) days at the seller’s expense.
DELAYS IN DELIVERY AND FORCE MAJEURE:
If unforeseen force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer shall be informed. The buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement product, or wait for the impediment to be resolved.
If the buyer cancels the order, and payment was made in cash, the refund shall be made in cash within 14 (fourteen) days from the cancellation date. If the payment was made by credit card, the product amount will be refunded to the relevant bank within 14 days. However, the bank may reflect this amount in the buyer’s account within 2–3 weeks.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
Before accepting delivery, the buyer must inspect the product/service and must not accept damaged, broken, torn-packaged, or defective goods/services from the shipping company. If accepted, the product/service is deemed to be in good condition and undamaged.
After delivery, the product/service must be carefully protected. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product/service must not be used. The invoice must also be returned along with the product for the return process.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date it was delivered to them or the person/address specified, without any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason. Written notification to the SELLER through the contact details below is sufficient to exercise this right.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
If the purchase relates to a service, the withdrawal period starts from the date the contract is signed. However, if the service has started with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
All costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days via registered mail, fax, or email, and the product must be unused and not in conflict with the "Non-Returnable Products" clause.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
It is mandatory to return the invoice together with the product, regardless of whether it is issued to the buyer or a third party. If the invoice was issued to a corporate entity, a return invoice issued by the institution must be sent. Returns without an accompanying corporate return invoice will not be accepted.
The return form, product box, packaging, and all standard accessories, if any, must be sent completely and without damage.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
After receiving the withdrawal notice, the SELLER is obliged to refund the product price and any other obligations of the buyer within 10 days and to retrieve the product within 20 days.
If there is a decrease in the product’s value due to the buyer’s fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the SELLER for the loss.
However, the buyer cannot be held responsible for any changes or deterioration caused by the proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised and the campaign threshold is no longer met, the discount provided under the campaign will be canceled.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:
Products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons, such as underwear, swimsuits, cosmetics, disposable products, perishable goods, or items close to expiration, cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened.
Products that are customized based on the buyer's requests or personal needs, or which are not suitable for return, and software, audio or video recordings, books, digital content, data storage devices, and computer supplies whose packaging has been opened by the buyer, are also non-returnable.
Additionally, if service provision has started with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period has expired, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Returns of DVDs, VCDs, CDs, books, software, and other reproducible items will only be accepted if the packaging is unopened, the product is unused, and undamaged.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
If the BUYER makes payment by credit card and defaults, they agree to pay interest to the bank and accept responsibility toward the bank under the agreement made with their card issuer.
In such cases, the bank may take legal action and demand any expenses and attorney fees from the BUYER.
In any event, the BUYER agrees to compensate the SELLER for any damages incurred due to default.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:
Payment can be made via bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the SELLER’s bank accounts in Turkish Lira.
