DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees that, upon confirmation of the ordered product, they will be obliged to pay the order amount and any additional charges such as shipping fees and taxes, if applicable, and that they have been informed accordingly.

2. DEFINITIONS

In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the terms listed below shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for purposes not related to commercial or professional activities

SITE: The website owned by the SELLER

CUSTOMER: The real or legal person who places an order for goods or services through the SELLER’s website

PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER

AGREEMENT: This agreement entered into between the SELLER and the BUYER

GOODS: All movable property subject to shopping, as well as software, audio, visual, and similar intangible goods prepared for use in the electronic environment

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of the product(s), the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and sets forth the rights and obligations of the Parties.

Prices listed and advertised on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises remain valid until they are updated. Time-limited prices are valid until the specified date.

13. AUTHORIZED COURT

Consumer complaints and disputes may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court located in the place of residence of the consumer or where the transaction is conducted.

14. ENFORCEMENT

By placing an order through the website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted the provisions of this Agreement. The SELLER is responsible for ensuring that the BUYER confirms on the system that they have read and accepted this Agreement.
